The spread of the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19), which has been declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) this year has been a source of a great concern to most employers worldwide.

Hence,  SMPP is taking the initiative to conduct compulsory swab test to all employees residing in HQ and Site Office on 27th October 2020 as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and also as a preventive measure to avoid covid-19 virus from spreading between colleagues and co-workers.

It’s also a part of Company’s pledge in SHEQ Policy, “SMPP priority is in protecting the safety and  health of its employees, workers, clients and the public within our working area at all time.”

Our Managing Director, Dato’ Ku Haris Ku Mahmud lead the queue for the swab testing. Alhamdulillah all result came out negative.
